Where Valtrix Supplies Fire DoorsMade in Nashik, delivered across Maharashtra and India
Valtrix manufactures IS 3614:2021 certified fire doorsets at a single facility in Dhakambe, Tal-Dindori, Nashik, and supplies them to projects nationwide. The pages below cover a city's building types, its fire approval route and the door questions that come up there. A project in a city not yet listed is handled exactly the same way.
Cities with a dedicated page
Each page is written for that city: its fire approval authority, the building types that dominate there, and which doorsets those buildings need. They are not the same page with a name swapped.

One plant, one specification, every location
Valtrix does not operate regional factories or franchise its manufacturing. Every doorset leaving for any city is made on the same line at Dhakambe, using laser cutting, CNC bending, CO² welding, a powder-coated finish and multi-stage quality testing. A doorset supplied to a project in one city carries the same certification as one supplied in another, because it is the same product from the same facility.
What changes between cities is not the door. It is the approval route, the building stock and the rating each opening is given by the fire consultant. That is what the area pages cover.
Frequently asked questions
Which areas does Valtrix supply fire doors to?
Valtrix manufactures at Dhakambe, Tal-Dindori, Nashik and supplies fire doorsets across Maharashtra and the rest of India. This page lists the areas that have a dedicated page so far; a project outside them is handled the same way, so send the door schedule regardless of location.
Do you have a branch or showroom in these cities?
No. Valtrix has one manufacturing facility, in Nashik. The area pages describe the projects, building types and fire approval route in each city; they do not represent a local office or premises.
How is a door schedule quoted for another city?
The same way for every location. Send the rating, leaf type, clear opening size, vision panel requirement, hardware set and quantity per opening. Valtrix quotes against that schedule rather than publishing a price list.
Which fire ratings are available?
FD30, FD60, FD90, FD120 and FD180, across Fully Insulated, Partially Insulated, Uninsulated and Acoustic doorsets in single and double leaf, certified to IS 3614:2021.
My city is not listed. Can you still supply?
Yes. The list on this page reflects which area pages have been written, not where Valtrix supplies. Call or send the schedule and it will be handled like any other enquiry.
